The 5th Annual National Conference on Therapeutic Drug Monitoring will be held on September 17-19, 2015 in Beijing, China. The aim of this national conference is to promote the academic exchange of new ideas, technologies and methods of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) among Chinese researchers, to promote TDM applications and individualized therapy in clinical practice and to advance the TDM discipline in China. Topics will include TDM laboratory technology, clinical interventions of individualized therapy, evidence-based TDM guidelines, TDM discipline and education, and the integration of TDM with clinical applications. There will be plenary sessions, workshops, round table discussions, and poster sessions. The second scientific committee meeting of the Division of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Research - Chinese Pharmacological Society (CPSTDM) will be held during the conference, and new members of the scientific committee of CPSTDM will be elected.
In conjunction with the annual national conference, the 1st Asia-Pacific Symposium on Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (APSTDM) will be held. The theme of this regional conference is on the Future of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and its Clinical Applications. This first regional conference will aim to establish a TDM academic exchange platform where knowledge and experience can be shared with numerous experts in the field of TDM.
Leaders from the Chinese Pharmacological Society and its various scientific committees, and national and international TDM experts are expected to attend these two conferences and deliver presentations. Please mark your calendars and join your colleges for 3 days of education, networking, and an opportunity to make the TDM discipline stronger! There is something for everyone at the largest annual TDM conference in China and the first regional Asia-Pacific symposium.
The annual national conference and the Asia-Pacific regional symposium will be a great opportunity for TDM scientists and clinicians from around the country and the region to share the most updated knowledge and expertise, and to exchange the new approaches and challenges that we all would have encountered in the field of TDM. A Scientific Program Committee composed of members of CPSTDM and TDM experts will be established to create a high-quality, well-balanced program for you in 2015.
Programs will include keynote reports and special topic reports, in which the keynote reports will be delivered by invited domestic and foreign TDM experts and clinicians. Speakers of special topic reports may be selected from authors of abstract submissions. The following are the conference topics:
1. The forefronts of personalized pharmacotherapy treatments and new developments of technological innovations in TDM
2. Individualized drug therapy research and its applications in clinical practice
3. The development, management and education of TDM discipline
4. Hospital medication risk management and clinical pharmacy service

Call for Papers
CPSTDM is pleased to invite all TDM researchers and clinicians to submit papers to share your research and insights. This three-day conference provides an excellent platform for the participants to exchange ideas, share experiences, and raise issues for discussions with fellow participants.
CPSTDM is now accepting submissions on TDM research papers, practice cases, evidence-based research, new TDM analytical techniques, innovation approaches and other TDM related topics! Submission period is from May 8 to July 8, 2015.
